E’ un progetto scritto dall’ufficio Giovani in collaborazione con un gruppo di giovani e associazioni giovanili.
Presentato all’Agenzia Nazionale per i Giovani, l’ente attuatore in Italia del nuovo Programma della Commissione Europea ERASMUS+ Settore GIOVENTU’ (YOUTH), alla scadenza del 04/02/2015, nell’ambito del programma ERASMUS + KA1- Youth Exchanges Program Countries, E’ STATO APPROVATO DALL’AGENZIA NAZIONALE PER I GIOVANI il 24/04/2015.
Prevede la partecipazione di 5 ragazzi/ragazze dai 16 ai 23 anni,
provenienti da:
- Estonia – Tartu
- France – Marseille
- Germany – Ravensburg
- Italy – Rivoli
- Spain – Mollet del Valles
- Slovakia – Kanianka – Nitra
dall’1 al 10 Luglio 2015 (giorni di arrivo e partenza inlcusi); nella città di Rivoli e dal 3 al 5 presso il Colle del Lys, durante Eurolys 2015.

Project Summary
INTRODUCTION
about the project IDEA: Unfortunately, cases of racism and discrimination are increasing and the phenomenon does not spare even the young and youth groups. Xenophobia becomes socially acceptable….so we should use: Rights, Equality and Citizenship in preventing and combating racism, xenophobia, homophobia and other forms of intolerance, starting by the PAST. The project AIMS to sensitize young people to fight against racism and xenophobia as well as consider the importance of human rights as well as allows to participants from different countries to learn, reflect and discuss the experiences of the past to build a future in respect of legality and justice. To Explore the interracial issues and challenges in Youth groups, community and in the adjoining neighborhoods; create a process where all can contribute in a reflective and honest way to discuss, exploring the stories of who have fought and struggled for racial justice in the history, to find ways to fight against Racism in each Country, in the present.
Last goal of the project is to make sure that youth organizations involved in the project define and adopt anti-racist organizational policies. Encourage the Administration at school, municipality, or Associations to adopt a pledge, distribute it, and organize events to show about it together on a special day.
Project PROGRAM AND ACTIVITIES:
During the project program there will be discussions, a lot of practical work, simulation games and role games, communication with the society and youth people, meeting some witnesses of the past.
During project will be very important the intercultural learning aspect as the group will be multicultural, we will go through group process to learn one from each other in non-formal way. There will be personal development and group communication activities, cultural sharing activities, presentation of the participating countries, and of the hosting venues during the visiting historical places and other activities. Project program is based on the non-formal education methods. As recognition of experience that participants will get in the project will be used Youth Pass.

target group: 5 young people 16-23 years old for each Country, (6 from Italy) + 1 Youth Leader each, in total 37

Project PRIORITIES
*improve the level of key competences and skills of young people as well as to promote participation in democratic life in Europe , active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity, in particular through learning that a democratic society should recognize, combat and eradicate racism and discrimination.
* promoting young people’s social inclusion and well-being
* developing basic and transversal skills, such as discussing and create Reports, digital skills and multilingualism in the field of youth, using innovative and learner-centred pedagogical approaches and developing appropriate assessment and certification methods based on learning outcomes.
